Many are times i have been plagued with regrets of the little opportunities which presented themselves in 'a twinkle of an eye i would say metaphorically. Open windows like beginning a conversation with a total stranger you felt attracted to, a business opportunity i passed on, or Job interviews and applications I felt did not come in time or a better time and later turned to become promising avenue's, going out, sign up for a gym, jog 50-100km every morning and so on. As I've matured i realize that time waits for no one, the clock keeps ticking, and why not just do it, for i feel a sense of loss if i don't yet even in failure there's a little sense of accomplishment for trying.

As the great Leonardo Da Vinci stated that “It had long since come to my attention that people of accomplishment rarely sat back and let things happen to them. They went out and happened to things.”
Its easy to forget we're here to live life meaningfully rather than exist. "Just do it"
Three simple words yet powerful, some may only see a sports brand or a slogan, i try to draw from the magic behind these inspiring words, a blank slate with wondrous possibilities. Some years back during the rainy season when ever i wish to wash or do some kind of activity i take time to contemplate if it'll rain or not but my roommate always spoke this ' if you keep looking at the whether for approval, you'll never achieve anything'.
Procrastinate not my dear readers and ill leave you with some inspiring words for  actor Shia LeBeouf who also says;
Do it,
